This week we are featuring Wilson the Saint Bernard & Black Lab mix, Rodeo the Bluetick & Boxer mix, and two cats, Robert and Lois. Check out the slideshow for pictures and more info.
All of the dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on their vaccinations. They come with a starter bag of food and a free vet exam within the first 15 days after adoption. Wilson is a 6-month-old, male Saint Bernard and Black Lab mix. He is all black and already large in size as a puppy. Wilson will most likely grow to be over 100 lbs. His owners had to give him up because they were not able to give him the proper exercise and attention. He has a high energy level, and will need to go to a family who has the time and energy to devote to training and loving a large breed puppy. Wilson is a very loving dog, and does well with both children and other animals.
Rodeo is a 2-year-old, male Bluetick and Boxer mix. He is black and white and spotted with a unique coat. Rodeo is well over 100 lbs, and has a high level of energy. He will require a fenced in yard, and he is also looking for a female owner…he does not do well with males. Rodeo can sit on command, and is working hard to learn how to walk on leash. Rodeo will make a great guard dog and companion for a single female. Stop in and meet him today!
Robert is a domestic, short-haired, male cat. He was found on Fort Drum as a stray. He is black and gray Tiger and large in size. Robert is very sweet and on the lazy side. He loves to cuddle and will make a great pet and cuddle buddy in a loving and relatively quiet home.
Lois is a 1-year-old, domestic, short-haired female cat. She was also found as a stray on Fort Drum, and has been at the shelter since December 6th. Lois is mostly white with some gray, and medium in size. Lois is friendly and has a great temperament. She will do well in any loving home, including with children and other animals.
