Classic Cherry Sauce/GlazeSuggested Wine:Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling
Cook’s Brand Spiral SlicedHam (6-8 lbs.) (Optional:Can substitute Cook’sbrand half or portionbone-in ham)
1 jar (12 oz.) cherrypreserves
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
1⁄4 tsp group nutmeg
1⁄4 tsp group cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp ground cloves
1⁄4 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 225°.Remove ham from all packagingmaterials. Place ham facedown in roasting pan. Coverpan with foil and bake for 11⁄2hours.
2. Combine remaining ingredients.Simmer 5 minutes.Serve warm. Makes about 2cups.
3. Transfer ham to a carvingboard; cut around center bonewith knife to free as manyslices from the bone asdesired.
