Watertown (WTNY) -- Talks over the City of Watertown's proposed budget continue. Tuesday night various department heads attended a meeting of the City Council to go over the proposed budget.

The spending plan is calling for 10 percent cuts across the board in each department.

In recent weeks, some of the budget focus has been on the City's fire department.

The Council is planning on conducting a study in the near future to look at the efficiency of the fire department.
