Accused arsonist turns himself in to Watertown City Police

Nathan Lehman (WTNY) - Randy Kraft is charged with third degree burglary and second degree attempted arson.
Watertown (WTNY) -- Watertown City Police have arrested a man for the attempted arson of a downtown business.

Police say they arrested 41 year old Randy Kraft of Hammond, after he turned himself in to police. Kraft is accused of breaking into Vito's Gourmet Deli on Public Square on May 9 with the intent to start a fire inside.

Kraft is charged with third degree burglary and second degree attempted arson. Police say he was a former employee of the business who had been let go.
