Republican primary for Colton Town Supervisor comes down to just one vote


There were several primaries throughout the tri-county region on Tuesday.


Up in St. Lawrence County, the Republican race for Colton Town Supervisor came down to a single vote.

According to the Watertown Daily Times, John Gray Jr. defeated Kevin Beary, 100-99, with one person earning a "write-in" vote.

Gray now advances to the general election this fall on the Republican and Conservative lines.
