USA Today names Watertown the "drunkest city in New York."

With tonight being the busiest bar night of the year, it's fitting--or just sad--that Watertown was named the "drunkest city in New York."

USA Today compiled the research using a number of factors, and it determined Watertown combined with Fort Drum has nearly 23 percent of adult residents who either binge drink or drink heavily.

USA Today also reports that just over 32 percent of driving deaths in the area are blamed on alcohol.

Fort Drum is reportedly a likely large contributor to the ranking, as a separate study shows 50 percent of Army personnel bing drinks on a monthly basis.
