Watertown man allegedly under the influence when he got into backseat of K-9 patrol car

A Watertown man is accused of "being under the influence of a narcatic or a drug" when he hopped into the backseat of a K-9 patrol vehicle.

According to newzjunky.com, 39-year-old James LaVancha was charged with "apperance in public while under the influence" after he got into the patrol car.

LaVancha is due back in City Court to answer to the charge later this month.
