Watertown man charged after threatening, pulling knife of another man

A Watertown man is accused of threatening to kill another man while pointing a "large knife" at the alleged victim.

According to newzjunky.com, 20-year-old Joshua Beaumont made the threat while pulling the knife from his waiste at about 11:15 last Sunday night.

Beaumont has been charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

He was also charged with second-degree harassment for allegedly sending several threatening text messages to his ex-girlfriend the same day.

Beaumont was taken to jail before being arraigned in City Court.
