2 Watertown Teens arrested for assault

Police say an argument escalated and became physical after a dispute on "Facebook" between the parties involved. The victim was treated at Samaritan Medical Center for her injuries and released.
Watertown -- State Police have arrested 17 year old Makenzie Roberts and 17 year old Lexa Spencer, both from Watertown, for assaulting a teen at a party in the town of Lorraine.
 
On August 27th, shortly after midnight, Troopers were dispatched to Middle Road for an assault complaint. Their investigation revealed that sometime on August 26, between 11:00PM and Midnight, Roberts and Spencer assaulted a teenage victim at an outdoor party causing injury.

Police say an argument escalated and became physical after a prior dispute on "Facebook" between the parties involved. Upon State Police arrival all parties involved had fled the scene. The victim was treated at Samaritan Medical Center for her injuries and released.
 
On September 4th Both Roberts and Spencer were taken into custody and charged with Assault 3rd degree, a class "A" Misdemeanor, Endangering the welfare of a child, a class “A” Misdemeanor and Aggravated harassment 2nd degree, a class “A” Misdemeanor.

Both defendants were issued Appearance Tickets to reappear before the town of Lorraine Court on September 11, 2012, at 7:00PM pending additional court action.
