Buckingham is charged with unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree, second degree reckless endangerment, second degree criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of marijuana, and multiple vehicle and traffic charges.

Buckingham was ordered held in the Jefferson County Jail on $500 bail.
