Massena (WTNY) -- A Massena man accused in a fatal car-pedestrian accident back in August has been indicted.
Twenty two year old James Berry is now facing counts of second degree vehicular manslaughter. Berry was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs when he allegedly hit 46 year old Edward Remington of Massena while the victim was walking on August 2. Remington died the next day at a Vermont hospital.
Berry is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
