AAA: Fewer Americans will travel this year for Thanksgiving

If you do plan to hit the road for the holiday, try not to leave on Wednesday, Nov. 27. AAA says it will be the busiest day of travel during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - If you plan to do any travelling next week for thanksgiving, there is some good news coming from AAA.

The travel company says you won't have to share the road with as many drivers as last year.

AAA expects just over 43 million will travel this year, which is down about 1.5 percent from last year.

Consumers are feeling uncertain because of the sluggish recovery of the economy according to AAA.

If you do plan to hit the road for the holiday, try not to leave on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
