State Police arrest Watertown Postal Worker

Police say a mechanical overhearing device was placed within a US Postal Vehicle in an effort to overhear and record privileged conversations.
State Police have arrested 50 year old John Sullivan on 1 count of Eavesdropping, a Class E Felony.

Police say Sullivan, an employee with the US Postal Service, placed a mechanical overhearing device within a US Postal Vehicle in an effort to overhear and record privileged conversations.

The incident occurred during the month of July. Sullivan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Court on August 11th.
