WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – One City of Watertown construction project has been completed.
Arcade Street has gone back to its normal traffic pattern with the road going one way from Stone to Arsenal Street.
The street had the opposite traffic pattern while Stone Street was blocked off for construction.
