Lewis County adds 7 COVID-19 cases Wednesday, total of 55 tied to religious gathering cluster



Lewis County is continuing to see a rise in positive COVID-19 cases.

Seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday. There have been a total of 143 cases in county since the virus hit the North Country. 55 of the cases have been associated with a religious gathering cluster.

Of the 143 positive cases, 76 have recovered. There are 802 individuals under quarantine, 67 are under isolation and three are hospitalized.

13,039 people have been tested for COVID-19 in Lewis County.
