CARTHAGE, N.Y. (WWTI) – The Carthage Area Rescue Squad will be hosting a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 28 starting at 6 p.m.
The event will be held at at 200 Riverside Drive in the pavilion behind the ambulance station. This event is free to the public and is spooky fun for the whole family.
