The humanities department at Jefferson Community College (JCC) will present an interfaith forum on what many world religions have in commonon Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 6-002, Jules Center (building 6). The public is welcome to attend.

Spearheaded by the Interfaith Group of Watertown and sponsored by the JCC humanities department, the forum on November 15 is part one of a three part faith exploration series called The Good Life.

A panel will include representatives of religious groups: Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Sikhism. Panelists, community members who have been born and/or raised into religion, draw from years of study and life experiences to share their knowledge and personal encounters with others. Reverend Dr. Jerome Wichelns, of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, will moderate. JCC students will pose questions to the panel. A public question and answer session will follow.

The purpose of the Good Life Series is to provide a deeper understanding of religion and to provide insight to others.
