A fourth person is dead from injuries caused by a fire in Syracuse. Police say 20-year-old Charles DuBois intentionally started the fire Thursday on Fitch Street that killed several of his family members.

Upstate University Hospital announced yesterday that all victims pulled from the fire had died. DuBois has pleaded not guilty to murder and arson. He remains behind bars without bail.
