Another alleged meth lab has been busted in Jefferson County. The Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force stated in a news release that police executed a search warrant at Davidson Motel on Rt. 3 in the Town of LeRay Monday afternoon. The raid on Room 17 came several weeks following an undercover investigation. Police say the search of the property found 3 ounces of a substance containing methamphetamine along with items used in the manufacture of meth. Hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia were also found. Arrested were 43 year old Robert Snyder of Carthage, 30 year old Eugene Livley, and 38 year old Rene Gracey of Castorland. All are charged with second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and were ordered held without bail. Additional charges are pending.
