Another big decision on the Watertown Municipal Arena is on the table for the Watertown City Council this evening. One week after accepting the bids on the $10.3 million renovation project, the council tonight will vote on whether or not to bond out the project. Four out of the five sitting council members need to vote yes in order to get the funding for the project and allow it to move forward. Two of those councilmembers Joe Butler Jr. and Teresa Macaluso, have been opposed to the high cost of the project. The council meeting gets underway at 7 pm at City Hall.
