New and Updated Exhibits

A new exhibit debuts in the Gordon Gallery at the ABM this year. The west wall of the Gordon Gallery now boasts a large river chart of the 1000 Islands with iPads below that visitors can use to explore the River, Islands, Boats, and People of the 1000 Islands. The east wall focuses on ABM’s origins and some special highlights from our permanent collection. These two new walls along with our redesigned admissions and gallery space aim to make the entrance to the Museum a welcoming and informative one. Fishing shanty renderings created by Fourth Year Architectural Design Studio students from the School of Architecture at Syracuse University after a visit to ABM this winter have been added to “A River Winter”.
