The one-time home of the North Side Improvement League has sat vacant in Watertown for years, but now two businessmen are in something of a bidding war for the property on Mill Street.

Last month, Jake Johnson agreed to buy the structure for about $225,000. Prior to that, though, Mike Lundy says he had an agreement worked out in 2014 with the league. Now, as a court waits to decide if the non-profit can even sell the building, 7 News reports Lundy has offered to pay $325,000, $100,000 more than Johnson.

This as Lundy recently filed a lawsuit, claiming the league reneged on the previous deal between the two sides. While North Side officials mull the two offers, a judge is expeced to rule on how any type of sale would proceed next month.
