The proposal to add in a new mini-mall as well as a storage-unit complex next to Target in Watertown goes before Jefferson County’s Planning Board again today.
COR Development is looking to construct a 12,500-square foot retail building beside the retail store in the Town Center Plaza off Arsenal Street.
Also to be included in the project will be six self-storage buildings, which would be built directly behind the new retail structure.
The Victim’s Assistance Center too is planning for a major overhaul to its main location in Watertown.
The center wants approval from the board to demolish a portion of its structure and then build a 2,300-square-foot addition.
The planning board is set to meet this afternoon at the County Office Building on Arsenal Street in Watertown.
