Gov. Cuomo looks to change trying teens as adults

Governor Andrew Cuomo says New York should be ashamed to be one of two states that treats 16 and 17-year-olds as adults for criminal liability.

Yesterday ,advocates for treating minors as minors in the criminal justice system gathered in Albany to ask for change.

Cuomo said as the nation’s progressive leader we must raise the age.
