Removed from the Democratic party line in the race for St. Lawrence County District Attorney, David Haggard will still be on the ballot this November.
Haggard is set to remain as a Working Family candidate.
He was tossed from the Democratic line after having over 100 signatures successfully challenged by fellow candidate James Monroe.
That result put Haggard below the threshold to run as a Democrat.
Haggard, Monroe and Republican Gary Pasqua will all be choices on separate lines for DA on November 7.
