The Jefferson Community College (JCC) Foundation invites community members to its signature summertime event, Clambake and Cocktails. The event will be held on Friday, August 10 at the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton. Cocktails start at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner and an auction at 6:30 p.m.
Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner featuring unlimited steamed clams, lobster tails, and much more. Gluten-free and vegetarian selections will be available. Complimentary beverages include wine and beer. The musical talents of pianist Jim Burr and Company is sure to create a delightful evening for socializing and dining. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a cornhole tournament!
Tickets, all-inclusive, cost $100 per person. Reserved table seating is available upon request. Advanced reservations are recommended by Thursday, August 2, 2018. Tickets will be available at the door and online.
All proceeds from the clambake and cocktails fundraiser will benefit scholarships for Jefferson Community College students and campus initiatives. The JCC Foundation awards more than 250 scholarships to JCC students annually.
