Jefferson man accused of beatinng up his boos

A Jefferson County man is accused of beating up his boss last week.

Sheriff’s deputies say 34-year-old Paul Spencer punched and kicked his work supervisor at Tug Edge Outdoors on Tuesday afternoon.

During the incident, Spencer allegedly also pulled a mirror off an office wall and smashed it on the floor.

According to documents, Spencer sent his supervisor a threatening text as well.

He has been charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree aggravated harassment.

Spencer was arraigned in Ellisburg Town Court and sent to jail on $500 bail.
