All of West Main Street in the City of Watertown is open after a section of it was closed for most of last week.
While traffic is moving along, a local businessman has lost his livelihood after it was torn down due to safety concerns.

City inspectors determined that the building was not safe after a wind storm blew it’s roof off a week ago.
Brian Croft will be billed the estimated $188,000 costs for the demolition.
