Two people are facing drug related counts following the discovery of a mobile meth lab inside a vehicle parked at Midtown Towers in Watertown. City Police say the lab was found when a patrolling officer noticed a vehicle parked in the lot of the housing complex and the officer knew the owner did not live in the building. When the officer approached the vehicle, he apparently found two individuals inside make methamphetamine. Charged in the case are 27 year old Sarah McDonald of Theresa and 34 year old Lewis Queensbury. Both are facing counts of third degree manufacture of methamphetamine and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were arraigned with McDonald ordered held without bail and Queensbury was ordered held on $10,000 bail.
