While on trial for the manufacture of methamphetamine, an Ogdensburg man has pleaded guilty to drug counts and will be facing prison time. Twenty seven year old Caleb Rayburn entered guilty pleas Tuesday to counts of second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. The surprise plea came on day 6 of his trial in St. Lawrence County Court. Rayburn was arrested in a drug bust in Gouverneur nearly one year ago. He faces up to 12 years in prison when sentenced June 2.
