The Roman Catholic Diocese down in Syracuse has a message for priests older than 80: Give your day-to-day administration roles.

According to syracuse.com, Bishop Robert Cunningham is invoking a new policy which requires priests 75-years-old and above to submit resignations.

In total, 13 priests in Syracuse will eventually all be asked to relinquish some of their duties, but they will still be involved in the Church in other various capacities.
