A reminder for a fun event and, at the same time, a traffic advisory all for tomorrow.

The Salvation Army’s Annual Carnival is scheduled for Saturday.

The 10th annual event starts up in at the Salvation Army in Watertown in the morning and will run through the early afternoon.

And because of the carnival, traffic along the 100 Block of North Rutland Street — the portion between State Street and Emerson Street — will be restricted to emergency vehicles only between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday.
