A now former nurse at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown allegedly committed a sex crime on a patient who was “incapable of consent because he is confined to a medical facility.”

Police arrested 49-year-old Daniel Glazier of Pulaski on a charge of felony third-degree criminal sex act.

According to documents, Glaizer had sexual activity with the 24-year-old victim in the mental-health section of the hospital last August, while Glazier was employed as a registered nurse.

Glazier was initially suspended without pay before he resigned.

Glazier was taken to Jefferson County Jail, held on $2,500 bail.
