A scary-looking accident in the city of Watertown resulted in only minor injuries on Tuesday morning.
According to police, a Ford Explorer failed to yield to a Honda CR-V at the intersection of Flower Avenue and Sherman Street at about 11:15 a.m.
The Explorer smashed into the CR-V, with both hitting a utility pole, with it all ending with the Explorer on the side and the hood of the CR-V.
The drivers of both vehicles suffered minor injuries and were taken to Samaritan Medical Center.
No tickets have been issued but the investigation is continuing.
