For the first time in a long time, the Lewis County Legislature will look a lot different starting next year.
According to the Watertown Daily Times, three current legislators will not be running for re-election in the fall. That includes the Legislature Chairman Michael Tabolt, who has been a Lewis County lawmaker for the past 14 years and a leader of the group for the last five.
Craig Brennan and Philip Hathway also indicated that they will not be campaigning to keep their seats.
All three legislators are registered Republicans.
