A couple of St. Lawrence County siblings who served in World War II will take part in the Honor Flight program.

Ninety-one-year-old Larry Reed, of Russell, and his younger brother, 90-year-old Jack Reed of Potsdam, will be taking off from Plattsburgh next week and will be landing for special ceremonies in Washington, D.C. It’s apart of the program honoring World War II veterans in our nation’s Capitol.

According to 7 News, serving our country is in the Reed family blood, as eight other siblings are also proud veterans.
