It could be the start of 2016 before the Watertown Municipal Arena Project is completed. The main contractor in charge of the project has informed city officials that they expect work to be wrapped up by January at the earliest. That’s several months into the season for the Watertown Wolves hockey team and for other organizations that traditionally use the ice at the arena during the late fall and winter months. The estimated $10.3 million project will see new features at the arena, including a new entrance area for spectators. Work on the project is underway.
