Three accused in Oswego County child pornography case

Three people are in jail without bail after being accused of producing child pornography by sexually abusing children.

Clif Seaway, 59, of Granby; Tammy LaMere, 45, of Fulton; and Tammy Martin, 46, of Carthage, face separate but related charges.

According to the US Attorney’s Office, Seaway and LaMere sexually exploited two victims; while Martin exploited the same two victims, along with another child.

The crimes allegedly occurred for nearly 10 years.

If convicted, each suspect could face up to 30 years in prison, along with a $250,000 fine.

All three were in court in Syracuse on Thursday.
