Watertown judge facing charge now has order of protection out against him

A town judge already facing a suspension now has a temporary restraining order issued against him.

Watertown Town Justice Andrew Capone is facing official misconduct after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a woman who was also a defendant in his court
Monday, his attorney failed to show for a court appearance, so the presiding judge issued a six-month stay-away order on the victim’s behalf.
Capone was previously suspended with pay and is facing up to a year in jail if convicted.
