A Watertown man is accused of leaving his three-year-old son alone while he searched for his missing four-year old last week.
Police say 29-year-old Brian Stafford fell asleep at about 3 p.m. on Thursday.
That’s when his four-year old allegedly left Stafford’s apartment and walked to a nearby shopping plaza parking lot.
Once Stafford realized the four-year old was gone, he took off looking for him, leaving behind the three-year old.
Stafford, who was arrested last week for allegedly exposing himself to two underage girls, has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
