A Watertown mom and her teenaged daughter are both facing charges following an alleged attack in Watertown last month.

Poilce say 36-year-old Chastity Dake drove “two juvenile girls to the location of a 14-year-old girl,” allowing them to attack the victim.

Sixteen-year-old Kayla was also arrested after allegedly recording the two girls attacking the 14-year old and encouraging them to kick the victim.

The incident is said to have happened back on February 27 at 4:30 in the afternoon in the 400 block of Gotham Street.

Both mom and daughter are each facing three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and both are due back in City Court later this month.
