A Watertown woman is accused of leaving two children, ages nine and three, “unattendend for an extended period of time.”

Police say 30-year-old Elizabeth Law left the kids, which resulted in the three-year old crawling out of a ground-level window.

The incident allegedly happened at about 2:25 last Friday afteroon.

Law has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and is due back in City Court next month.
