A woman was airlifted to a Syracuse hospital after the vehicle she was driving blew a tire and slammed into a utility pole.
It happened at about 10:30 Monday morning at the intersection of Route 3 and Riverbend Drive in the town of LeRay.
The vehicle took down power lines and rolled over after hitting the pole at the intersection.
The woman was sent to Upstate Medical, while her six-year-old daughter, who was a passenger, was taken to Samaritan Medical Center for precautionary reasons.
Route 3 was closed off between Water Street and State Route 342 for nearly two hours as a result of the accident.
