SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Naythen Aubain, the Utica man accused of murdering his 90 year-old grandma and his 87 year-old landlord, has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.

Aubain is charged with two counts of first degree murder.
