ELMIRA, N.Y (WETM) – Some target employees say they have seen their hours cut because of a recent wage increase.

In the past few years, target announced that they are raising their minimum wage to $15 an hour. Recently, employees are complaining because they say that Target has cut their hours in recent years.

This leads to more complexity when it comes to health insurance.
