For now the Bills will begin the regular season with Nathan Peterman and Josh Allen as QB1 and QB2 entering the opener against the Ravens.
But, that could change. The Bills worked out former Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch on Tuesday. and according to a source, it “went well.”
Lynch was drafted 26th overall by the Broncos in the 2016 draft but struggled to develop during his time in the Mile High City.
He played in five games, which included four starts, and finished with a 1-3 record. He threw for 792 yards and four touchdowns. He was also intercepted twice.
Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters on Monday tight end Logan Thomas were serve as the reserve/injury quarterback this season.
