The Safari and Firefox have both recently stopped allowing cookies by default. You can either use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer to access the TV Schedule, or you can take the following steps to fix Safari or Firefox:


  • Navigate to
  • Choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy
  • Allow from current website only: Safari accepts cookies and website data only from the website you’re currently visiting. Websites often have embedded content from other sources. Safari does not allow these third parties to store or access cookies or other data.
  • Refresh browser
  • Retry



  • Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options.

  • Select the Privacy panel.

  • Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.

  • Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable cookies, and uncheck it to disable them.
  • If you want to block cookies from all sites except the ones for the TV Schedule

    • Uncheck Accept cookies from sites  to disable cookies
    • Select the Exceptions... button
    • Paste into the Address of website field, and click Allow
    • Click Save Changes
  • Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
  • Refresh browser
  • Retry
