Chef Chris from Dolce Vita World Bistro on East Genesee Street in Syracuse shares his recipe for “Pasta Athena.”

Ingredients – use any amount of each to suite your tastes:
Sun dried tomatoes
Mushrooms
Onions
Kalamata olives
Artichoke hearts
Garlic
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Asiago cheeses
Butter
Penne pasta
Feta cheese

Marinate sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, kalamata olives, and artichoke hearts in garlic .  In a sauce pan add heavy cream and heat until almost a boil.  Then add parmesan & asiago cheeses and butter to thicken.

In a sauté pan, sauté all your marinated ingredients and stir in with cream sauce and penne topped with feta cheese.
